Our Mission
Mid East Charity’s mission is to relieve the suffering of poverty in Middle Eastern and North African countries by leveraging our strengths within the diaspora to provide nutritional, medical, educational, and financial relief
What We Do:
Simply put, Mid East Charity collects donations from its American community to provide the following four services abroad
Nutrition
We partner with grocery stores in poor communities to provide families with grocery cards
Medicine
We pay for the cost of individuals’ and their families’ medical costs such as surgery and doctor’s appointments
Education
We decrease the barrier for education attainment by subsidizing the cost of education
Debtor’s Prison
We pay off the debts of families whose loved ones have gone to prison because they owe money
